 Richard M. Lerner Chairman
| Richard M. Lerner is one of the founding directors of BankAnnapolis and its publicly traded holding company, Annapolis Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANNB). After being elected Chairman of the Board in 1999, Richard took the reins as President and CEO in 2002. Since then, BankAnnapolis has experienced the most profitable years in its history, expanding from five to eight branches, doubling in size from $200 million to $400 million in assets, and establishing a reputation for community service and exemplary corporate citizenship. Richard earned his MBA from Tulane University in 1983. He lives in Annapolis, where he is active in the community and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of both the Hospice of the Chesapeake Foundation and the Foundation for Community Partnerships. |
 Stanley J. Klos, Jr. Vice-Chairman
| Mr. Klos became Vice-Chairman of the Bank in 2003 and has served as a Director of the Company and Bank since 1997. Mr. Klos has practiced law in Anne Arundel and Prince George’s Counties since 1977. He is currently a partner with the firm of Klos & Lourie, P.A. He is a member of the Maryland, District of Columbia, Anne Arundel County and Prince George’s County Bar Associations. Mr. Klos, a resident of Arnold, is active in community affairs and serves on the boards of directors of the 21st Century Education Foundation and the Baltimore Washington Medical Center Foundation, and as past chairman of the board of the Hospice of the Chesapeake. |
 Joseph G. Baldwin Board Member
| Joseph G. "Jay" Baldwin is President and CEO of Reliable Contracting Company, Inc., an Anne Arundel County based site work and road and highway construction company. Mr. Baldwin was recognized with the 2007 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Construction and Contracting Services category. Mr. Baldwin has previously served on the Boards of the Community Bank of Maryland located in Bowie, Maryland and F&M Bank of Maryland headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. Mr. Baldwin has been a Director of the Bank since January 2008 and of the Company since May 2008. |
 Walter L. Bennett IV Board Member
| Walter L. "Skip" Bennett is President and owner of Skip Bennett Marine LTD, a company he founded in 1973. A resident of Edgewater, Mr. Bennett has been active in the marine trades in Anne Arundel County for 30 years. He currently owns and operates Hartley Marine, Inc. and South River Marina in Edgewater, Maryland. Mr. Bennett is a current member and past president of the Washington Area Marine Dealers Association and a current member of the Marine Trades Association of Maryland. Mr. Bennett has been a Director of the Company and the Bank since 2005. |
 Clyde E. Culp, III Board Member
| Mr. Culp has consulted with several businesses through his company, Culp Enterprises, LLC, and has an extensive background in hotel and restaurant management. Mr. Culp is actively involved in building the Pusser's Caribbean Grille restaurant brand presence in the U.S., and is an investor and Chairman of Duke and King Holdings, a 100-unit Burger King franchise in the mid west and Chairman of bd's Mongolian Grill, a 37-unit Asian stir-fry concept franchisor. Mr. Culp has been a Director of the Company and the Bank since 2004. |
 Kendel S. Ehrlich Board Member
| Kendel S. Ehrlich, an attorney, is the former First Lady of the State of Maryland. A resident of Annapolis, Ms. Ehrlich worked in various capacities at Comcast Cable between 1997 and 2007. Prior to joining Comcast, Ms. Ehrlich worked five years as a prosecutor with Harford County, Maryland and for five years as a public defender with Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Ms. Ehrlich has served on various charitable boards including GMBC Hospital, Cystic Fibrosis of Maryland and the Maryland Women's Heritage Center. Ms. Ehrlich has been a Director of the Company and the Bank since 2007. |
 Debbie H. Gosselin Board Member
| Debbie H. Gosselin has been the President of Watermark Cruises, which offers sightseeing cruises on the Chesapeake Bay, private charter services, water taxis in the Annapolis harbor, and guided walking tours, since 1990. She is also the president of Annapolis Landing Marina. Ms. Gosselin is a member of the city’s Maritime Advisory Board, and has held leadership positions on the Maryland Tourism Council, Eastport Business Association, the local chamber of commerce, and the city and county visitors bureau. Ms. Gosselin has been a Director of the Bank since November 2011. |
 F. Carter Heim Board Member
| F. Carter Heim is a Certified Public Accountant who has been in practice since December 1975 working with businesses and their owners. In addition to serving on BankAnnapolis’ board of directors and as chair of its Audit Committee, he is the past president of the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation’s board of directors and a director of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past president of the Maryland Association of CPAs. Mr. Heim is also currently the treasurer and a director of the Annapolis and Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Heim is President of HeimLantz Professional Corporation, with offices in Annapolis and Fort Washington, Maryland and Alexandria, Virginia. Mr. Heim has been a Director of the Company and Bank since 2000. |
 Richard E. Hug Board Member
| Mr. Hug is Chairman and CEO of Hug Enterprises, Inc., a firm specializing in business and real estate investment and consulting. He is well known for his civic involvement and has served as chairman of numerous organizations, including the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, Maryland Business for Responsive Government, Leadership Maryland, The National Aquarium in Baltimore, the Kennedy Krieger Institute, the United Way of Central Maryland and the Duke University School of Environment. Mr. Hug was named the National Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser in 1992. Currently, he sits on the boards of the University Systems of Maryland Foundation, Duke University School of the Environment, Loyola University Maryland, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the Institute of Human Virology and AAA-Maryland. Mr. Hug has been a Director of the Bank since 2009. |
 Lawrence E. Lerner Board Member
| Lawrence E. Lerner has been active in real estate development in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for 30 years. He has been involved in the development and construction of two regional shopping centers, several other commercial developments, and more than 2,800 apartment units. Mr. Lerner manages his real estate investments, comprised of various partnership interests in entities which own real estate. He has been a Director of the Company and the Bank since their inception. |
 Michael S. McHale Board Member
| Michael S. McHale is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hospice of the Chesapeake, which provides health care to people with any life-limiting illness. He has been a part of the hospice and long-term care industry for more than 13 years focusing on management, marketing and the customer service experience. Mr. McHale has held various leadership positions with hospices in California, Michigan, and prior to joining the Hospice of the Chesapeake, McHale was the Vice President of Business Development and Sales for the Washington Homes and Community Hospices. He holds a Masters of Health Care Administration from National University in San Diego. Currently Mr. McHale serves on the Maryland Governor’s State Advisory Council on Quality at the End-of-Life Care Organization and serves as a Board Member of the Hospice and Palliative Care Network of Maryland. Mr. McHale has been a Director of the Bank since July 2011. |
 Jeff W. Ostenso Board Member
| Jeff W. Ostenso is the CEO of CPS/Gumpert Inc., an Annapolis based printing and marketing firm that serves the Baltimore, Washington and Northern Virginia markets. Mr. Ostenso has served on several boards including GBAC Healthcare, PGAMA, Light House Shelter and is involved in many community based organizations that help with fund raising for non-profits. He lives in Annapolis with his wife and three children. Mr. Ostenso has been a Director of the Bank since July 2011. |
 Lawrence Schwartz Board Member
| Mr. Schwartz is a certified public accountant who has operated CPA firms since 1984 and is currently a tax and consulting partner, and partner-in-charge of the Northern Virginia office of PBGH, LLP, a regional CPA consulting firm. Mr. Schwartz has served as an adjunct professor of accountancy at The George Washington University since 1997. Mr. Schwartz has been a Director of the Company since April 1997 and a Director of the Bank since its inception. |
 Ermis Sfakiyanudis Board Member
| Ermis Sfakiyanudis presently serves as President and CEO of Cyber Reliant Corp., a Maryland-based Cyber Security firm. Mr. Sfakiyanudis was also a founding principal of both eTelemetry, Inc., a network monitoring and security technology firm, and Sigma Engineering, Inc., an Annapolis-based civil engineering firm. Mr. Sfakiyanudis is past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland. Mr. Sfakiyanudis has been a Director of the Company and the Bank since 2000. |
 Clifford T. Solomon Board Member
| Dr. Solomon is a neurosurgeon affiliated with the Anne Arundel Medical Center, where he served from 1999 to 2004 as Chairman of Surgery. Dr. Solomon is also Director of the Maryland Neurological Institute in Annapolis and assistant professor of neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital and University of Maryland Hospital. A resident of Severna Park, Dr. Solomon is a member of numerous professional societies and in 2003 created a foundation to provide surgery to critical patients who could not otherwise afford it. Dr. Solomon has been a Director of the Company and the Bank since 2004. |
