Kathryn Coursey

Kathy has lived on the Eastern Shore all her life and has been a banker since 1981. Her career includes over 23 years with Centreville National Bank and one year with 1st Mariner – both as a VP.  Kathy has a great deal of expertise in helping businesses grow and prosper through her knowledge of cash management, credit and business operations.  She has an intimate understanding of Maryland real estate law and holds a real estate license.  Kathy is deeply involved with local business and charitable organizations, including Kent Island Cruisers; Kent Island Federation of Arts; Chesapeake Women’s Network; both Queen Anne’s County and South County Chambers of Commerce; and Queen Anne’s County Hospice. Hard to believe she still finds time to hang out with her husband and two sons and exercise her passions for western trail riding and car shows (she’s proud owner of a ’66 Mustang).

Kim Sherman

Kim has enjoyed a career in small business consulting and banking for over 20 years, most of it in Anne Arundel County. Prior to joining BankAnnapolis, she helped build a business banking division from the ground up at another financial institution, was an anchor on the ABA’s TV program Financial Link and consulted for SBDCs and Score. Given her wealth of experience, Kim is routinely invited to lecture on business topics throughout Maryland.  She is on the membership committee for the Associated Builders and Contractors Association and sits on the Development Committee for Habitat for Humanity of Anne Arundel County.  A wife and mother of two, she also devotes her energies to a number of not-for-profit organizations. Among other projects, she’s organized world cultural arts exchanges and Red Cross blood drives, helped women in distress with career counseling, and facilitated middle school finance classes. Kim is a graduate of Wake Forest University.

J. Mitchell Krebs

Mitch started his career in banking at age 19 when he worked as a teller while in college.  He has been in the banking business in the Baltimore/Washington area ever since, working in branches, mortgage offices and commercial departments. When he’s not helping clients or spending time with his wife and daughter, he’s involving himself in the community, as a board member for both the Annapolis Business Association and Anne Arundel Community College, Treasurer of the Maryland Tourism Education Foundation, and volunteer with the county’s Smart Start program for new entrepreneurs. It’s a wonder he finds time for a weekly riding lesson with his daughter.

You may contact Mitch directly at 410-224-4455 or email him at mkrebs@bankannapolis.com
