Laurie Schnaitman

A native of the Eastern Shore, Laurie is a true expert in the secondary mortgage market, having helped people in our area get mortgages for over 20 years.   She's a member of the Bay Area Association of Realtors, Queen Anne County Chamber of Commerce and Maryland Association of Mortgage Brokers. Laurie still lives with her husband and two children on the Eastern Shore, where she involves herself in community and school events. You may find her on summer weekends at the family boat rental business on the Wye River.

Beth Mayer

Beth is a local through and through--born and raised in Severna Park, she still lives there with her family, including her three children. Her mortgage expertise comes from having spent 18 years in the business—processing, managing, and originating. Working as a preferred lender for a builder for over a decade, she’s also an expert on construction and new home financing. When Beth’s not helping people finance their homes, she’s watching her kids’ sporting events or boating on the Severn.

Richard Riley

Richard Riley is a born and raised Annapolitan who knows this area better than anyone. For nearly 20 years, Rich has been helping area residents and businesses with their mortgage banking needs. In 2011, he joined the BankAnnapolis team as our Senior Loan Officer.  Rich is a graduate of the University of Maryland, University College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. In his spare time, Rich enjoys outings with his family, playing a round or two of golf and spending time in the Annapolis area. He and his wife live in Harwood and have four children.
